The predecessor of Kaiyue Group, Ningbo Kaiyue International Trade Co., Ltd., was established at the end of 2003. The group has over fifty business units and companies engaged in export trade under its jurisdiction. The group has operational centers in Ningbo, Yiwu, and Shanghai, as well as branches in Guangzhou, Shantou, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Hangzhou, and some overseas countries.

Environment and Culture
The new headquarters building of the group has a superior office environment, adjacent to Ningbo Radio and Television Group, and facing Ningbo University West Campus across the river. The building has a total of 15 floors, overlooking the beautiful scenery on both sides of the Yongjiang River, as well as the Sanguantang Bridge and Binjiang Water Rhyme Park.
In 2013, Kaiyue College was officially established, marking a new milestone in the training and development of Kaiyue employees.
